About
Arthur Cassell Transitional Housing program (ACTH) is a residential facility for 14 veterans experiencing homelessness. The Program partners with the WG “Bill” Hefner Medical Center and Veteran’s Administration (VA), and all veterans are referred by the VA.


Services
Case management services include:
Employment,
Disability Income,
Mental and Physical Health, and Substance Abuse Treatment.

History
Opened in 2000, ACTH has served numerous veterans on their way out of homelessness.
