About
Arthur Cassell Transitional Housing program (ACTH) is a residential facility for 24 veterans experiencing homelessness. The Program partners with the WG “Bill” Hefner Medical Center and Veteran’s Administration (VA), and all veterans are referred by the VA.

Operating as one of two facilities within Open Door Ministries campus structure, the ACTH, is a lifeline for our nation's heroes who are struggling with homelessness. The 24/7 care of our those with chronic physical or mental disabilities is why we are here!

Employment,
Disability Income,
Mental and Physical Health, and Substance Abuse Treatment,
and more!
History
Opened in 2000, ACTH has served numerous veterans on their way out of homelessness.
