Ryan brings 18+ years of executive leadership across government, private, and nonprofit sectors and multiple applicable degrees. With over four years at ODM, he’s shaped ODM to serve people from every walk of life.

Orel henry, MBA, BSEET
With a background in business and technology, Orel has supported organizations across corporate, government, education, and nonprofit sectors in improving performance and results. He holds a degree in Engineering, an MBA, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership.

Andrew Prochet, BAPSY
Andrew has served at Open Door Ministries since 2019 with a background as a foster care caseworkers. Andrew is passionate about empowering individuals and families and finds fulfillment in seeing them achieve long-term success. He believes helping others is his purpose in life.
Clinical Director - Arthur Cassell Transitional House for Veterans
Kali Franklin,
MSW,LCSW
Kali is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her BSW and MSW from UNC Greensboro. With three years of experience working with veterans, she specializes in trauma and substance abuse treatment. Kali is passionate about helping veterans heal from trauma through EMDR therapy and compassionate support.

Xuan 'Dynasty' Rui-Stutts
Originally from China, Dynasty came to the U.S. at 14 and graduated from High Point University in 2024 with degrees in Media Production and Philosophy. Outside of work, she is a cat and plant mom, a SpongeBob fan, and an independent music artist and voice actress with over 20 million impressions in mainland China.

Stacie Griffin
Stacie, a Winston-Salem native and mother of four, joined Open Door Ministries in 2020 as a social work intern and now serves as a case manager in the men's shelter. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work, is pursuing her MSW at UNC Charlotte and plans to obtain clinical licensure to better serve vulnerable populations.

Alongside her role at ODM, she works as an accounting assistant and runs a small business, donating a portion of its proceeds to local charities.
